Clinical Adjustment Required
Calculated values reflect weight-based limits only. Always apply the absolute ceiling (whichever is lower). Adjust further for elderly patients, hepatic impairment, pregnancy, cardiac disease, and highly vascular injection sites. LAST risk is dose, site, and patient dependent.
